Police are recommending that a protester who allegedly spit on a supporter of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney at an event in Grand Chute last week be charged.

Police are recommending that a protester who allegedly spit on a supporter of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney at an event in Grand Chute last week be charged.
