Poll shows presidential race tied in Wis.

A new poll shows President Barack Obama and Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney tied in Wisconsin.

According to the latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey, 49 percent plan to vote for either Obama or Romney.

Another one percent likes another candidate, and two percent are undecided.

In Rasmussen's poll a week ago, the president held a slight 50 percent to 48 percent lead. Earlier in the month, he was ahead 51 percent to 49 percent.

The survey of 500 likely voters was conducted on Thursday. The margin of sampling error is +/- 4.5 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence.
