MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Campaign finance reports show a political agitator running against Gov. Scott Walker in this spring's recall elections has raised a little more than $2,000.
Arthur Kohl-Riggs frequently videotapes newsmakers in the Capitol. He is running as a Republican against Walker in the GOP primary May 8. The winner will face the survivor of a five-way Democratic primary in a general recall election June 5.
Campaign finance reports covering Jan. 1 through April 23 were due by the end of the day Monday. Kohl-Riggs' reports show he raised $2,045. He spent about $480 and had $1,565 in the bank.
Walker hadn't filed his reports as of early Monday afternoon. Walker reported in January that he raised more than $12 million over 2011.
