Candidates running in recall elections

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Government Accountability Board on Tuesday approved candidates for the ballot in six recall elections. Partisan primaries in all six races will be May 8 with the general election on June 5.

Governor: Republicans: Scott Walker (incumbent), Arthur Kohl-Riggs. Democrats: Tom Barrett, Kathleen Falk, Doug La Follette, and Kathleen Vinehout. Fake Democrat: Gladys Huber. Independent: Hari Trivedi

Lt. Gov.: Republicans: Rebecca Kleefisch (incumbent). Democrats: Mahlon Mitchell and Ira Robins. Fake Democrat: Isaac Weix

13th Senate District: Republican: Scott Fitzgerald (incumbent). Democrat: Lori Compas. Fake Democrat: Gary Ellerman. Libertarian: Terry Virgil

21st Senate District: Republican: Van Wanggaard (incumbent). Democrat: John Lehman. Fake Democrat: Tamra Varebrook

23rd Senate District: Republican: Terry Moulton (incumbent). Democrat: Kristen Dexter. Fake Democrat: James Engel

29th Senate District: Republican: Jerry Petrowski. Democrat: Donna Seidel. Fake Democrat: Jim Buckley
